Online check-in
- Online check-in for flights operated by United Airlines is available starting 24 hours before the scheduled departure. The point at which check-in closes is dependent on the flight’s destinations, though generally the time stands at 45-60 minutes for passengers without checked baggage and 90-120 minutes for those travelling with checked baggage.
- Online check-in for United Airlines flights is available for passengers whose first flight on their itinerary is operated by United Airlines, whose itinerary involves 4 destinations or less and those who are travelling with fewer than 9 other passengers.
- Airport check-in kiosks and check-in desks are also available for no additional charge. It is also possible for passengers to check in online and print their boarding pass at an airport check-in kiosk.
- Once you have checked in you will be unable to make any adjustments to your booking.

- There is no maximum weight restriction on hand luggage for passengers of United Airlines.
- Passengers are allowed 1 item of cabin luggage per ticket. In addition to the free cabin baggage allowance, passengers are also allowed a personal item, such as laptop bag or handbag, provided they are no larger than 22cm x 25cm x 43cm.
